How do I place an order?

You can place an order through DMing us on Instagram or Facebook, or you can email richton@kentuckyboyrugs.com to get started.

What do I need to know?

Please have a sample image of your design ready or we can create an original design - provide as many reference photos as possible to ensure we can find a perfect image to translate to a rug! Also have the desired dimensions of your rug. Some designs may require your rug size to be larger or smaller to ensure quality of the final product.

How much will my rug cost?

Each rug is priced based on total production time and cost. The number of color changes, level of difficulty/intricacy, size, and desired timeline will effect the overall cost of your rug. A custom estimate will be provided to you based on your design. 

How long will it take to get my rug?

With each rug being a custom piece, the overall production time can range from 3-5 days for most projects. Some designs, depending on level of detail and size, may have a longer production time to ensure quality. Shipping will vary depending on where you live and what option you choose.
